• We do not guarantee show pups to finish, but to the best of our knowledge and belief, this pup appears to be show worthy.
• If the puppy is not shipped or picked up by the age of nine weeks, buyer forfeits deposit and pup may be resold, unless other arrangements have been made.

Terms of Contract

The following are the terms of the Contract and Guarantee for the above mentioned dog, bitch, or puppy which is being purchased (hereinafter referred to as dog).

1. Seller hereby guarantees that said dog will be free of the following:
   A. Canine Hip Dysplasia. All dogs hips shall be free from hip dysplasia. An official OFA report is required for replacement purposes.
   B. Hereditary Eye Defects. If said dog should be diagnosed as having a hereditary eye defect by a qualified veterinary ophthalmologist, the dog will be replaced. See replacement policy below.
   C. Bite. All “show quality” dogs shall have a correct bite according to the breed standard of ASCA and AKC.^
   D. Testicles. All “show quality” males shall be free from monorchidism and cryptorchidism.^
   ^ The seller retains the right to personally examine said dog should a disqualifying fault develop.
   
2. Said dog is guaranteed to be physically healthy, free of any debilitating disease, for a period of 48 hours. This 48 hours begins on the day you pick up the dog. (We cannot guarantee the health of a new pup beyond 48 hours because
   exposure to health hazards, injury, disease, parasitic agents, trauma, neglect, and improper management are all out of the breeder’s control.)
   
3. If a puppy back, breeding back, or a litter back is part of the sale price of the said dog, purchaser agrees that the value of said puppy, breeding or litter is __________. Should said dog die before the seller obtains said puppy, breeding or litter, the aforementioned amount becomes due and payable to the seller. If a puppy back is part of the sale price; purchaser agrees to offer the same guarantees and conditions as in this contract for said puppy.
   
4. If dog was sold with a “limited registration” as part of the agreement on a “pet quality” puppy, this seller will refund __________ if the buyer submits proof of spay/neuter on said puppy from a veterinarian within one year of purchase.
   
5. The seller retains the right to first offer of purchase should the purchaser decide to sell the dog at a later date.
   
6. All “show/performance quality” puppies will be sold on a co-ownership registration until the dog has passed all health clearances at age two.

REPLACEMENT POLICY: Said dog will be replaced with another dog of equal or greater quality in exchange for said dog’s registration papers or a letter from a veterinarian stating that said dog has been either neutered, spayed or destroyed. If said dog is to be destroyed, seller must be notified in advance or this Contract and Guarantee will be considered null in void.

Said dog will be replaced from a Kennel Owned litter ASAP with the purchaser paying all shipping costs.

NO DOG SHALL BE BRED BEFORE THE AGE OF TWO YEARS AND ONLY AFTER ALL HEALTH CLEARANCES HAVE BEEN PERFORMED AND FOUND TO BE PASSING. IF SAID DOG IS BRED BEFORE ALL HEALTH CLEARANCES ARE DONE, THIS CONTRACT IS IN DEFAULT. UPON THIS EVENT, THE SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO CONVESCATE THE SAID DOG.
